You only need to act if your information on file with your employer is incorrect.
Up-to-date contact information, especially mailing addresses, are critical for the timely and sometimes legal notifications necessary between you and YOUR union. Newsletters, elections notices, CBA ratification details, etc. are just some of the communications that require accurate contact information. Please note, we often rely upon your employer to provide us with your contact information, therefor, it is imperative to validate and update that information with them when and if it changes.
MOTIVATE EMPLOYEES: If you are a member working for Motivate LLC (Citibike, Blue Bikes, Capital Bikeshare, Divvy, Bay Wheels), you can check Dayforce under "My Profile" to verify all information. If you need to update your address and contact information, click here for detailed instructions. If you are unable to update your information on the mobile app, please ask your MOD for the use of a computer.
SHIFT TRANSIT EMPLOYEES: If you are a member working for Shift Transit (Biketown, MoGo) you can update your address and contact information here.
